Today I made my first mortgage payment. I’m 39, I’ve lived in one of the most expensive cities in America for 11 years and I never imagined owning a place of my own. But a “perfect storm” of low interest rates, relatively low sales prices, federal stimulus funds and Tanja Beck made it happen for me.
